Notice of Proposed Tower Construction

Tower construction at the following geographical coordinates is proposed: 41-02-37.3N, 095-58-52.8W. The proposed construction site along side Windward Drive, North of Cedar Creek Road, West of 30th Street in Cedar Creek, Nebraska. The structure will be a lattice tower of approximately 180 feet above ground level. It is anticipated that red lights of medium intensity will be used, with the final lighting determination to be made by the FAA. Form 854 File Number A1114745 can be referenced. Interested persons may review the application by going to www.fcc.gov/asr/applications and entering the Form 854 File Number. Environmental concerns may be raised by filing a Request for Environmental Review with the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). The FCC strongly encourages interested parties to file Requests for Environmental Reviews online and instructions to do so can be found at www.fcc.gov/asr/environmentalrequest.
