Authorization No. 19-1-16 was approved by NDOT and creates an intermediate 55 mph speed zone beginning 900 feet west of the 202nd street intersection and ending west of Eagle’s corporate limits. This change in speed limit is in response to speed studies and a crash review performed this summer at the request of the Village of Eagle Board of Trustees.

Enrollment for the 2019-2020 Cass County 4-H year is currently open. If you have a child age 5 (by January 1^st) through age 18, and are interested in joining 4-H, it’s time to enroll. Enrollment is completed on-line at https://ne.4HOnline.com. Maybe you have some friends already in 4-H; ask them which club they belong to. If you need help selecting a club, call the Extension Office at 402-267-2205. The office is open 8 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday.
